Another year gone and looking back at it, 2023 was utter garbage. Going into the new year I will yet again be attempting to make, and stick to, some resolutions to hopefully make 2024 better. I mean, what's the worst that could happen right?

The phrase "go touch grass" actually does have benefits behind it. Getting outdoors and exploring nature can do wonders for mental health and anxiety.
I try to think of disaster preparedness not in terms of "if" but "when". Whether natural disaster or man-made, being prepared can help ease concerns of the future.
Once upon a time, song writing, recording and playing live music was my passion. Adulting got in the way of that but I am slowly making strides back towards creating music.
