The ENO JungleLink is my go-to for ultralight, off-the-ground shelter. It’s a full kit that includes a bug-netted hammock, rain tarp, and no-knot suspension system. If you’ve never hammock-camped before, this setup is a fantastic entry point: it’s fast, easy, and insanely packable. Perfect for humid climates or buggy summer nights when sleeping on the ground isn’t ideal. It’s lightweight enough to keep in a bug-out bag (you’ll probably need a bigger one though if you want to carry the rain tarp & bug net) and is all around the best survival shelter available in 2025 in my experience.
